Our Founder
Dr. Nicole Williams Browning is a servant leader with more than 28 years of service to public education. Her background includes educational philanthropy, nonprofits, charter management organizations, traditional K-12 districts, community colleges, and both private and public universities.
Driven by a passion for fostering empowerment and equitable leadership development, Dr. Williams Browning has guided executive and district leaders, teachers, and teams through the process of sustainably and significantly narrowing opportunity and equity gaps within public and private schools, as well as nonprofit and corporate organizations.
